How do I place an Order?

Visit our website and or you can place your order by simply downloading our app from the Google playstore and IOS store online. Register as a user, search for the equipment or services you need and follow the steps to order. It is easy to understand and use.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can either cancel or change your order before you click on the “BOOK NOW” button or call us.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, there is no need to have an account with us to place an order, but it is advisable to have an account to monitor your credit score should there be promotional offers, and the chance to book more than #300,000.00 worth of equipment lease. This will allow us deliver your choice equipment and or service to the designated location or address, and for further correspondence.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking your order is quite simple and easy as you can simply correspond with the company official.

How Can I Return a Product?

Returning an equipment should either be done by the user/client or a pickup be done at the cost of the user/client by the company staff to guide against loss and satisfy the lease agreement. N:B. There won’t be a refund for a specifically ordered and non-faulty equipment by a client who thereby found out the equipment did not serve his/her purpose at the set location. There could be a partial refund on returning the said equipment immediately on noticing.
